Born on November 16, 1986 in Miyazaki Prefecture.
She made her entertainment debut at the age of 14 and has been active as a model, talent, and actress. She has been involved in product development since her teens, producing a variety of products, mainly apparel and cosmetics. She began support activities in 2010 and founded the general incorporated association Think The DAY in 2019. In 2020, she became the representative director and president of Think FUTURE Co., Ltd. and also participated in the management of NASU FARM VILLAGE. Since 2024, she has been actively involved in cat protection activities, and in 2025, she opened "Mew Me Club" for rescued cats. She is always disseminating information in every field and expanding the scope of her activities.
