Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships between you and our company regarding the use of our services.

Article 3 (Management of Customer ID and Password)

  1. You shall properly manage your ID and password for this Service at your own responsibility.
  2. Under no circumstances may you transfer or lend your ID and password to a third party, or share it with a third party. If the ID and password combination matches the registered information and is used to log in, we will consider that the ID is being used by the customer who registered it.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a third party using your ID and password, except in cases where the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. In exchange for the use of the paid portion of the Service, you shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website, by the method designated by the Company.

Article 5 (Prohibitions)

  1. Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  2. Any activity related to criminal activity
  3. Any act of infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the content of this service
  4. Commercially using information obtained through this service
  5. Any act that may disrupt the operation of our services
  6. Unauthorized access or attempted access
  7. Collecting or storing personal information about other users
  8. Using the Service for illegal purposes
  9. Any publicity, advertising, solicitation, or sales activities on the Service that are not permitted by our company
  10. Any act of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services
  11. Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

  1. If the Company determines that any of the following circumstances exist, the Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the Customer.
    1. When carrying out maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems related to the Service
    2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
    3. When a computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident
    4. Any other case in which the Company determines it is difficult to provide the Service.
  2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by you or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)

  1. If any of the following applies to a customer, we may, without prior notice, restrict the customer's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the customer's registration.
    1. If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
    2. If it is discovered that there is a false statement in the registration information
    3. If there is a default in payment obligations such as fees
    4. Any other case in which the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of any actions taken by the Company under this Article.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)

  1. You may cancel your membership to this service by following the cancellation procedures specified by our company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Disclaimers)

  1. The Company makes no express or implied guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer due to the Service, except in cases where such damages are caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract between the Company and the Customer regarding the Service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that arise between you and other customers or third parties in relation to the Service.

Article 10 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

  1. We may change, add or discontinue the content of this service with prior notice to you, and you agree to this.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)

  1. We may change these Terms of Use without obtaining individual consent from customers in the following cases:
    1. When changes to these Terms and Conditions are in the general interest of our customers.
    2. When the change to these terms and conditions does not contradict the purpose of the Service Agreement and is reasonable in light of the need for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

  1. We will handle personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Notice or Contact)

  1. Any notice or communication between you and us shall be made in the manner specified by us. Unless you notify us of any changes in accordance with the method separately specified by us, we will consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and will notify or contact you to that contact information, and such notice or communication will be deemed to have reached you at the time of sending.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

  1. You may not transfer or pledge as security to a third party your status under the Service Agreement or your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.

This contract may be terminated midway by giving one month's notice.
We do not provide any form of certificate for cancellation charges.
In the event of early termination as described above, the party making the early termination shall pay one month's fee (29,800 yen) as a penalty.
If you cancel your contract midway, you will be charged a pro rata cancellation fee for the month in which the cancellation occurred.

  • The Service shall be used at your own risk and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and the Company shall not be liable for any use of the Service except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
  • If a customer or a third party suffers damage due to a customer's error or insufficient management, or unauthorized use by a third party, the Company shall not be liable for such damage.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose of any information obtained by you through this service.
  • Except in cases where the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages that exceed what is generally considered to result from breach of contract or tort (so-called ordinary damages) according to socially accepted standards.
