This contract may be terminated midway by giving one month's notice. We do not provide any form of certificate for cancellation charges. Except in cases where the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages that exceed what is generally considered to result from breach of contract or tort (so-called ordinary damages) according to socially accepted standards.
